Prior to beginning an assignment, our Chief Executive Officer, Madeleine Condit, will meet with prospective clients to ensure that we have the consultants in place to best meet their needs.

Once that is determined, she will assemble the proper consortium of advisors to begin working closely with the client, including a team leader who will be the client’s primary contact.

Madeleine and the team will then meet with the client to discuss business goals, company culture and the scope of their project in-depth.

Based on this information and consultants’ expertise, a plan of action with clearly defined deliverables, a proposed timeline and a schedule of client updates will be developed.

Consultants will guide the entire process, facilitate implementation, and continue to monitor results where appropriate.

Follow-up contact will allow for refining the project strategies to meet market changes and ensure long-term success.
